Important Information for Booking Your Consultation:
- After booking, your reservation will remain in pending status until the consultation fee is paid and confirmed. Once the payment is verified, your booking will be finalized.
- Before scheduling a consultation, please ensure you have completed the online assessment form. This helps us gather sufficient information to provide personalized advice based on your unique circumstances during the consultation.
- The consultation fee is non-refundable. However, if you proceed with a contract, the fee will be deducted from the total contract amount.
- You can cancel your consultation up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will not be accommodated.
- Please make the consultation payment immediately after booking to secure your time slot.
